What does the comfort Guarantee cover?

Our guarantee means we will provide you with a chair which will make you comfortable.  As part of our service, at any time within the first twelve month of owning your chair you can call us and we will adjust the amount of fill in your in back. All other components carry extensive warranties from our trusted suppliers.

Are there any limitations to the size of the chair?

No matter what others may say ALL reclining mechanisms have a weight capacity. So the chair mechanism may fail if the capacity is exceeded. There are also height limitations to all recliner mechanisms,We will always advise if the mechanism isn’t fit for its intended use.

I don’t like any of the fabrics you have in your range. Can I supply you with one of my own?

Providing the fabric is of Upholstery quality then yes. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the fabric that is supplied.

How long will it be before my chair is delivered?

As each chair is built to specific dimensions, every component has to individually ordered and made to size. This means we cannot carry stock items and delivery times suffer. We advise that upon placement of order a schedule of 4 weeks before delivery can be made. For interstate deliveries, then we advise a delivery of 5 weeks.
